• Call Forwarding sends all your calls to a designated set when you're out of the office or away from your desk.

• Do Not Disturb redirects your calls automatically when you're in a meeting or you wish to work uninterrupted.
• Speed Dialling makes reaching any of up to 70 internal and external numbers quick and convenient.

• Auto Set Relocation makes moves within the office so much easier. Your staff can take their Norstar telephone sets right along with them. Each set will remember every one of its features, avoiding downtime due to reprogramming.
• Programmable Names appear on Norstar window displays to clearly identify an incoming call on an external line, and the sources of internal calls or messages.
• Priority Call enables you to interrupt any Norstar telephone. Its user has the option to block a priority call, but not ignore it.
• Ring Again notifies you with a tone once a busy internal set is free, then prompts you via your Norstar telephone set window if you wish to place the call.
• Internal Messaging automatically keeps track of your messages, giving you the option to call back or cancel. On internal calls, the window shows who left a message and confirms who you are calling back.
• Restriction Over-ride Passwords allows designated users coded access to restricted lines from any system set.
• Flexible Numbering Plan allows you to customize Norstar directory numbers to suit your office requirements.
• Dial 0 enables any system set designated as a Central answering Position to respond to "dial 0" internal calls. Users can quickly reach their Norstar Operator.
