The company has announced that it has launched a fresh marketing campaign aimed at making its post-paid offerings more appealing to its customers. The campaign has been branded “More Talk” with the slogan more minutes, more ways.
BTC Marketing VP Marlon Johnson said “We are thrilled to introduce More Talk to our customers. Their needs are always changing, and it is our responsibility as their mobile provider to find innovative ways to keep them connected to their needs. We reviewed our previous packages and decided to add a ‘pay as you go’ package, increase the amount of minutes in each package and lower our security deposits. These changes we hope will make our packages irresistible.”
The new ‘More Talk’ packages offer customers more reliability, more flexibility and most importantly more convenience.
“There is a common misunderstanding that customers pay more with post-paid packages, however this is not the case. Post-paid packages are actually more affordable as you pay less per minute than a prepaid customer. What’s also great is that our security deposits have dropped to as low as $100.00.” Johnson continued.
The ‘Pay as you Go’ package is brand new. It allows customers the flexibility of only paying for the calls that they make. ‘Pay as You Go’ customers are charged $.20 per minute on week days, $.10 per minute in the evenings and $.15 per minute on weekends.
‘Earth Pac customers get 100 minutes per month for just $19.99 per month. The ‘Moon Pac’ is priced at $29.99 per month and offers 160 minutes. You get 375 minutes, for just $59.99 per month with the ‘Venus-Pac’. For just under $100.00 per month the Merc Pac gives you 650 minutes per month. The ‘Star Pac’ provides 1100 minutes per month. All packages include caller ID, voicemail, multi-party calling and call waiting.
