M2M stands for Mobile to Mobile Top Up which allows prepaid customers with a positive balance to transfer credit from their prepaid account to any other prepaid account in whole dollar amounts.(i.e. $1 or greater)

Step 1: Access the IVR using *44
Step 2: Select the prompt for Mobile to Mobile top up … Selection 4
Step 3: Enter the 10 digit telephone number that you wish to top up e.g. (242) XXX-XXXX
Step 4: Press 1 to confirm the number you entered
Step 6: Enter the amount to transfer (whole numbers, no cents)
Step 7: Press 1 to confirm the amount entered
Step 8: The customer is advised that the transfer occurred successfully and the call is terminated
- Is there a cost to transfer funds from my prepaid account to another prepaid account?
Yes, there is a cost of $.25 per transfer
- How many times can I transfer funds from my prepaid account to another prepaid account?
There is no limitation on the amount of transfers
- How much money can I transfer from my prepaid account to another prepaid account?
You can transfer any whole amount (i.e. $1 or greater, no cents) which is available on your prepaid account
- What do I need to transfer funds from my prepaid account to another prepaid account?
All prepaid customers with a positive balance can transfer money from their prepaid account to another prepaid account
- Can a post paid customer transfer funds from their account to another account?
No, only prepaid customers with a positive balance can transfer funds from their prepaid account to another prepaid account
- How will I know that money has been transferred to my prepaid account?

- How can I prevent unauthorized persons from transferring funds from my account to another unauthorized prepaid account?
